I started making my very own first card game. The working title is “CMYK”, obviously matching the chosen colours. Somewhen around the year 2001 a friend and I have been to the industry park “Landschaftspark Duisburg-Nord” in Duisburg. I had my first SLR with me, my dad’s Praktica MTL 5B, and filled a roll of 35mm slide film with the impressive industrial motives. The film was cross-processed on paper. Back then I expected colorful results in rich contrast and a was a bit disappointed with the all-green photos I got. Today – 13 years later – I think the tone really suits the motives.
